Cyclone dust collector

　　Cyclone is a dust collector composed of two cylinders inside and outside, cone cylinder as well as air inlet and ash discharge port (discharge material). The inner and outer cylinders and ash discharge port are located on the same axis. The air containing dust (material particles) enters tangentially along the air inlet at the upper part of the outer cylinder at a higher speed, and then rotates in a top-down spiral at a high speed between the inner and outer cylinders and the cone part. In the rotation, the dust particles are thrown to the inner wall of the outer cylinder under the action of large centrifugal force and collide with the wall, friction and gradually lose speed, then under gravity, along the cylinder wall to the cone part, and then discharged from the bottom discharge port. When the air flow is close to the bottom of the cone, the air cannot flow out from the bottom due to the air closing equipment installed at the outlet, and then starts to reverse and rise, and then discharges through the inner cylinder.
