Function and usage

　　YGZJ type drag chain leaching machine is suitable for solid-liquid extraction of vegetable oils and fats in vegetable oil factories (or leaching workshops) of various scales. The equipment is adapted to leaching of various raw materials, such as soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed and other vegetable oil pre-pressed cakes.

Main features

　　1、The machine adopts new spraying technology and structure, spraying more evenly and improving the spraying effect.

　　2、Leaching of high material layer, leachers have large processing capacity, good leaching of solvent and mixed oil on the material layer in the leaching process, ensuring full leaching of oil materials, high leaching efficiency and low residual oil of meal.

　　3、Adopting self-cleaning fixed V-shaped grating, which not only ensures high penetration speed of mixed oil but also ensures the smoothness of the grating and avoids block.

　　4、The leaching machine adopts chain with scraper structure, the height of scraper is low, mainly relying on the friction between materials to transport materials, the structure is more simple, while reducing the load of the whole machine.

　　5、Leaching time and processing capacity of the adjustment is convenient, stable, and in the feed hopper to form a reliable material seal to prevent the leachers in the backflow of gas into the pretreatment workshop.

　　6、Feeding adjustment device, can adjust the height of the material layer.

　　7、The whole machine has simple structure, easy operation and high operation rate.
