Sunflower Seed Oil Project

Sunflower seeds are cleaned, dehulled, tempered and rolled before being pressed, and the press cake is transported to the leaching plant for leaching. Shelling can be done before pressing, which can improve oil yield, gross oil quality, oil refining rate and reduce production energy consumption. The leaching gross oil is refined by degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing to get the finished sunflower oil.

In order to enhance the aroma of sunflower seed oil, a unique oil frying and pressing process is adopted to produce rich aroma sunflower seed oil.

The sunflower seed oil production adopts new oil production processes such as pretreatment, pressing, leaching and refining, which scientifically control the physical changes in the oil production process and improve the oil yield and reduce the residual oil rate of cake and meal.
