Introduction for the distillation tower

　　Distillation tower is a tower-type vapor-liquid contact device, which is widely used in the field of biodiesel. There are two types of mass and heat transfers: plate tower and packed tower. According to the operation mode, it can be divided into continuous distillation tower and batch distillation tower. Distillation tower is a tower-type gas-liquid contact device for distillation. Taking advantage of the different volatility of each component in the mixture, that is, the different vapor pressure of each component at the same temperature, the light component (low boiling matter) in the liquid phase is transferred to the gas phase, while the heavy component (high boiling matter) in the gas phase is transferred to the liquid phase, so as to achieve the purpose of separation.
