YDXT type combined deodorizing tower function and usage

　　YDXT combined deodorization tower is a scientific combination of packing tower and lamellar tower together, with the double advantages of packing tower and lamellar tower, it is the core equipment of the whole oil deodorization process.

Main features

　　1、Adopt the combination of packing section and lamellar layer section for better deodorization effect.

　　2、Adopt corrugated lamellar packing section, the contact area is larger, the gas resistance is smaller, which is conducive to deacidification and deodorization.

　　3、The lower part of the tower is equipped with oil circulator, forced circulation effect to avoid the oil short circuit, while the thermal decolorization effect is more obvious due to volatile components such as FFA, and the product quality is more stable.

　　4、Deodorization tower adopts high quality sealing gasket and high temperature resistant sight glass to ensure very good sealing and safety.

　　5、The top of the tower is equipped with special froth trapping device, with better froth trapping effect.
