Subcritical extraction technology is based on the principle of similar solubility, using subcritical state solvent molecules and solid raw materials in full contact with molecular diffusion, so that the soluble components in the material migrate to the extraction solvent, and then evaporate under reduced pressure desolvation to obtain the target extract of the new extraction technology. Among them, the subcritical state is a form of material relative to the existence of near-critical and supercritical state, the material temperature above the boiling point is lower than the critical temperature, and at the working temperature, the pressure is higher than the saturation vapor pressure is lower than the critical pressure. This makes the extraction conditions relatively mild, which can effectively protect the volatile and heat-sensitive components from being destroyed on the basis of guaranteeing the efficient extraction capacity of the solvent, and also reduce the working pressure of the system and save equipment manufacturing costs.
