After cleaning, shelling, tempering, ginning, conditioning, (pre-pressing is possible) and puffing, the lint-free cotton seeds are transported to the leaching plant. After the cotton kernel is tempered and ginned, it can be puffed and leached or pre-pressed and leached according to the customer's demand. The cotton meal produced by this process is low in cotton phenol and light in color, and the protein content can be designed according to the customer's needs.

The wool oil made from cotton seeds, due to the high acid value and dark color, not only the amount of alkali used in alkali refining, low refining oil yield, and it is difficult to meet the current national standards for refined cottonseed oil. Zhengzhou Siwei has independently developed and designed a highly efficient, economical and reliable mixed oil refining process in cottonseed oil making, which effectively solves the above refining problems.
