After cleaning, tempering, billet rolling, horizontal steaming and frying, the rapeseed is transported to the screw press for pressing, and the crushed gross oil is filtered through multiple stages to get the finished crushed oil. The press cake is transported to the leaching workshop for leaching.

Zhengzhou Siwei has a unique process design in rapeseed pre-treatment and pre-pressing process. The process is independently designed and developed to be efficient, economical and reliable. The process breaks through the traditional limitations and adopts a series of advanced technologies, such as: adopting Zhengzhou Siwei's horizontal steam frying pan, which has the advantages of small space occupation and low failure rate, and can effectively reduce electricity and steam consumption, saving processing costs for customers. At the same time, the inherent flavor, aroma and nutrients of rapeseed oil are retained to the greatest extent.
